Participation in the ‘Hexa TikTok Challenge’ (“the Contest”) needs to follow and accepts Hexa Food Terms & Conditions.

Hexa Food Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.

The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia age 18 years old and above. Participants below the age of 18 years old are required to seek parental or guardian consent.

The Contest will run for 30 days, starting from 16 November 2018 11:00:00 to 16 Disember 2018 23:59:59 following (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, (“Contest Period”).

Videos received outside the Contest Period are invalid and will not be entertained.

Make sure to have your favourite products from Hexa Food Brands

Make a video featuring hexa product(s) and hashtag #Hexafood

Post your video featuring on TikTok and share it to Hexa Food Facebook or Instagram with #Hexafood.
HOW TO WIN

MUST follow Hexa Tik Tok ID: hexa.food

Three (3) participants with the most creative entry as determined by Hexa Food panel of judges will be awarded the Grand Prize, 2nd prize and 3rd prize winners.

Five (5) participants with the best entry determined by Hexa Food panel of judges will be awarded the Special Prizes.

Hexa Food decision on the winners list is final. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
PRIZES

Eligible winners will receive:- Grand Prize x 1: RM300 cash 2nd Prize x 1: RM150 cash 3rd Prize x 1: RM50 cash

Each participate is not eligible to win more than (1) prize.

CABARAN TIKTOK HEXA
Penyertaan dalam ‘Hexa TikTok Challenge’ (“Peraduan”) perlu mengikuti dan menerima Terma & Syarat Makanan Hexa.
1. Hexa Food Sdn Bhd berhak untuk mengubah Terma & Syarat pada bila-bila masa tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
2. Peraduan ini terbuka untuk semua warganegara Malaysia yang menetap di Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas. Peserta di bawah umur 18 tahun diminta untuk mendapatkan kebenaran ibu bapa atau penjaga.
3. Peraduan akan berlangsung selama 30 hari, bermula dari 16 November 2018 11:00:00 hingga 16 Disember 2018 23:59:59 berikut (UTC + 08: 00) Kuala Lumpur, (“Tempoh Peraduan”).
4. Video yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan tidak sah dan tidak akan dilayan.
PERATURAN DAN PANDUAN PERTANDINGAN
Rakam dengan Aplikasi TikTok:
1. Muat turun Aplikasi TikTok ke telefon pintar anda dari Google Play Store atau Apple App Store
2. Klik butang “Ikut” pada Akaun @ Hexa.food Tik Tok
3. Klik butang “Rakam”
4. Klik butang “Pilih Suara”
5. Pastikan mempunyai produk kegemaran anda dari Hexa Food Brands
6. Buat video yang memaparkan produk hexa dan hashtag #Hexafood
7. Hantarkan tayangan video anda di TikTok dan bagikan ke Hexa Food Facebook atau Instagram dengan #Hexafood.
CARA MENANG
1. WAJIB mengikuti ID Tok Hexa Tik: hexa.food
2. Tiga (3) peserta dengan penyertaan paling kreatif seperti yang ditentukan oleh panel hakim Hexa Food akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Utama, hadiah ke-2 dan pemenang hadiah ke-3.
3. Lima (5) peserta dengan kemasukan terbaik yang ditentukan oleh panel hakim Hexa Food akan diberikan Hadiah Khas.
4. Keputusan Hexa Food dalam senarai pemenang adalah muktamad. Tidak ada surat-menyurat atau rayuan akan dilayan.
HADIAH
Pemenang yang layak akan menerima: –
Hadiah Utama x 1: Wang tunai RM300
Hadiah ke-2 x 1: wang tunai RM150
Hadiah ke-3 x 1: Wang tunai RM50
Hadiah Khas x 5: Produk Hexa
1. Setiap peserta tidak layak memenangi lebih dari (1) hadiah.
2. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik atau ditukar dengan wang tunai, sebahagian atau keseluruhan.
3. Hexa Food berhak untuk menggantikan hadiah dengan nilai yang serupa pada bila-bila masa.
4. Hexa Food tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan atau kerosakan semasa penyampaian hadiah.
