Terms and Conditions for HEXA We’re Cooks Challenge 4.0 #HexaNewProductsCookingChallenge:

 

1. How to Enter:

• • Participants must prepare a dish using any of the following new product (HEXA Rempah Kebab, HEXA Coconut Sugar, HEXA Chicken Seasoning, HEXA Lamb Seasoning, HEXA Beef Seasoning)
    • Products can be purchased via our online SHOPEE Store : SpiceMeHEXA

• • Participants must post the content (photo or video) on their Instagram or TikTok account during the entry period.
  • Entries must include the hashtag #HexaNewProductsCookingChallenge in the caption.
  • Participants must tag @hexafood in their post to ensure that their entry is considered valid.

 

2. Entry Period:

• • The entry period for the cooking challenge begins on 12 Feb 2024 and ends on 11 March 2024. Entries submitted after the specified end date will not be eligible.
  • Weekly Prizes: 4 Winners (HEXA Shopee Voucher worth RM50)
  • SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY: Participants can start posting photos or videos with the compulsory hashtag (#HexaNewProductsCookingChallenge).
  • THURSDAY to FRIDAY: We will post the Voting Poster which will be selected via the highest voting on Instagram and TikTok from the Top 4 participants.
  • SATURDAY: We will announce the Weekly Winners on our Instagram & TikTok.

 

3. Voting:

• • Participants are encouraged to ask their friends, fans, family, and followers to like ❤️ their post on Instagram or TikTok.
  • Posts with the highest number of likes ❤️ on Instagram or TikTok by the end of the entry period or best creation deemed by organizer will be selected as the best candidates for final voting.

 

4. Winner Selection:

• • 1 out of 4 posts with the most liked ❤️ on Instagram or TikTok and/or picked by the organizer by the end of the entry period and/or selected by the organizer will be the weekly winner
  • Good entries that fail to make the Top 4 weekly cut can still be selected to win a HEXA Exclusive We’r Cooks Apron as participation gift.
  • Selected 4 Weekly Winner eligible to win Grand Prize Kitchen Gadgets by Giselle. The 4 Grand Prize Winners will be selected based on the highest votes and/or selection from the organizer among the 4 Weekly Winners
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram Post or TikTok Post within 3 to 7 working days of the end of the entry period.

6. Eligibility: HEXA We’re Cooks Challenge 4.0 #HexaNewProductsCookingChallenge is open to individuals who are legal residents of Malaysia and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

 

7. Content Guidelines:

• • Entries must showcase the use of at least one HEXA New Product in the dish.
  • Posts must be original and must not infringe upon any third-party rights.
  • Inappropriate or offensive content will be disqualified.
  • You can even win more than once!

 

8. Publicity: By participating in the cooking challenge, participants grant HEXA the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

9. General Conditions:

• • HEXA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behavior.
  • HEXA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the cooking challenge if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond HEXA’s control impairs the integrity of the challenge.

 

10. Release and Limitations of Liability:

• • By participating in the cooking challenge, participants agree to release and hold harmless HEXA and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the challenge or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

    • Produk boleh dibeli melalui Kedai SHOPEE dalam talian kami: SpiceMeHEXA

• • Peserta mesti menyiarkan kandungan (foto atau video) pada akaun Instagram atau TikTok mereka semasa tempoh penyertaan.
  • Penyertaan mesti memasukkan hashtag #HexaNewProductsCookingChallenge dalam kapsyen.
  • Peserta mesti tag @hexafood dalam siaran mereka untuk memastikan penyertaan mereka dianggap sah.

 

2. Tempoh Penyertaan:

• • Tempoh penyertaan untuk cabaran memasak bermula pada 12 Feb 2024 dan berakhir pada 11 Mac 2024. Penyertaan yang dihantar selepas tarikh tamat yang ditetapkan tidak akan layak.
  • Hadiah Mingguan: 4 Pemenang (Baucar Shopee HEXA bernilai RM50)
  • AHAD hingga RABU: Peserta boleh mula menyiarkan foto atau video dengan hashtag wajib (#HexaNewProductsCookingChallenge).
  • KHAMIS hingga JUMAAT: Kami akan menyiarkan Poster Pengundian yang akan dipilih melalui undian tertinggi di Instagram dan TikTok daripada peserta Top 4.
  • SABTU: Kami akan mengumumkan Pemenang Mingguan di Instagram & TikTok kami.

 

3. Mengundi:

• • Peserta digalakkan untuk meminta rakan, peminat, keluarga dan pengikut mereka untuk menyukai ❤️ post mereka di Instagram atau TikTok.
  • Post dengan bilangan suka terbanyak ❤️ di Instagram atau TikTok menjelang akhir tempoh penyertaan atau ciptaan terbaik yang dianggap oleh penganjur akan dipilih sebagai calon terbaik untuk pengundian akhir.

 

4. Pemilihan Pemenang::

• • 1 daripada 4 siaran dengan paling suka ❤️ di Instagram atau TikTok dan/atau dipilih oleh penganjur pada akhir tempoh penyertaan dan/atau dipilih oleh penganjur akan menjadi pemenang mingguan

  • Kandungan yang tidak sesuai atau menyinggung perasaan akan dibatalkan kelayakannya.

8. Publisiti: Dengan mengambil bahagian dalam cabaran memasak, peserta memberikan HEXA hak untuk menggunakan nama, rupa dan penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan promosi tanpa pampasan selanjutnya.

• • HEXA berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan mana-mana peserta yang melanggar terma dan syarat ini atau terlibat dalam tingkah laku penipuan.
  • HEXA berhak untuk membatalkan, menggantung atau mengubah suai cabaran memasak jika ada penipuan, kegagalan teknikal atau faktor lain di luar kawalan HEXA menjejaskan integriti cabaran.

10. Pelepasan dan Had Liabiliti:

• • Dengan mengambil bahagian dalam cabaran memasak, peserta bersetuju untuk melepaskan dan menahan HEXA dan ahli gabungannya yang tidak berbahaya daripada sebarang liabiliti yang timbul daripada penyertaan dalam cabaran atau penerimaan, penggunaan, atau penyalahgunaan mana-mana hadiah.
